Provides a smooth base surface for a slick chrome application

Instructions:

  1. Prep nails
  2. Apply 2 layers of Black Color
  3. Apply Chrome Base and cure for 10 secs in UV/LED lamp.
  4. Apply desired Chrome/Holo powder.
  5. Brush off excess powder.
  6. Apply 1 layer of Super Base and cap the free edge for long lasting and durable ware. Cure for 30 seconds in UV/LED lamp.
  7. Finish with Super Top and cure for 60 seconds in UV/LED lamp.
